We use your information to operate the platform, facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, send transactional emails and SMS notifications (with your consent), improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: service providers necessary to operate the platform (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Twilio, Dropbox Sign), and as required by law or to protect our legal rights. Listing information you make public (address, photos, price) is visible to all users.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We may use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the platform. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time through Account Settings → Delete Account. We may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Ztoors is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with their information, please contact us immediately.
